Day 5 & 6 Whole30 and Kayla Itsines BBG: 4th of July and Boyfriend Surprise!

The most amazing Panera salad ever: Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken

I didn't post yesterday because.... my boyfriend came back unexpectedly after being underway with the Navy!  Such a great surprise! He had to work today so I got in my Kayla BBG workout this morning before he came over.   I'm so proud of him and the sacrifices he makes to serve our country.  Here is where we stand for the past 2 days....

What have I eaten these past 2 days?  Pineapple, Craisins, Ground Turkey Tacos in Lettuce Wraps,  Carrots, Apple, 2 Eggs, Panera Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad (AMAZING and only here in the summer so try it now).  I'm out of Kiwi.  Bummer! 

What did I want to eat?  One, more like several, of my Aunt Mary's signature Special K Bars that she makes every 4th of July.  They're tradition!

What were the workouts the past 2 days?  Since my boyfriend was here yesterday I swapped workouts, so I did LISS yesterday (walking 45 minutes), and the Full Body Workout from Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Guide this morning (Medicine Ball Squat & Press, Knee Ups, Ab Bikes, Walking Lunges, Burpees, Straight Leg Sit Ups, Weighted Step Ups, and my favorite Push Ups). 

How do I feel?  The soreness hasn't been as bad, but I still have some headaches.  I feel like my waist/abs are tighter, but not my legs or booty yet.   It's probably due to cutting out carbs/sugar.
