Outfit of the Day: Beat the Heat & Under $30

Skirt: American Apparel, $20 on sale a couple years ago
Cuff: Forever 21, $7 a couple years ago
A very simple outfit for running errands-- perfect for these 100+ degree days. Is it just me, or do skirts breathe better than shorts? Because for this Minnesota girl enduring a Southern summer the mindset is always:
1) maximize airflow,
2) wear as little as possible in a tasteful manner, and
3) never, ever forget deodorant.
