My experience working for Zappos, specifically the 6pm.com team, taught me so much about the importance of team and workplace culture.  Yes, on the 6pm.com team we were striving to build a half a billion dollar business, but we had so much fun doing it.  We worked hard. We pushed each other.  And we celebrated together.  Each quarter at Zappos there was a recognition happy hour and each team puts together a video for it.  Here is our video from Q1 2013, our music video rendition of Macklemore's "Thrift Shop."
