Day 4: Huge Appetite but Still Hangry

Yesterday was Day 4 of the Whole30 and Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Workout!  About 36 more days!

What did I eat today?  Kiwi (duh), Carrots, Bananas, Peppers, Spinach, Craisins, Pineapple, Chicken Lettuce Wraps ~2300 calories, whoops!

What did I want today?  Chocolate covered raisins and malted milk balls.  

What was today's workout?  45 minutes of power walking (LISS day = Low Intensity Steady State)

How do I feel?  Hangry.  If you've never heard of that it means hungry + angry.  I don't think I'm actually hungry, but I'm craving my old comforts, sugar and carbs.  Those cravings, combined with insomnia and a long work day, have left me a little short and irritable.  I actually read about this on the Whole30 side effects timeline, and it's quite interesting.  Check out the Whole30 timeline here.
