Day 1: Whole30 and Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Workout

What did I eat today?  Black Coffee, Fresh Kiwi, Carrots, Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps.   ~1400 calories.

What did I want today?  A sprinkled donut. Or four.

What was today's workout?  3 mile walk + 30 minutes of Kayla Itsine's Legs & Cardio (Jump squats, Squats, Lunges, Knee Ups, X Jumps, Burpees, Step Ups, Weighted Squat Clean & Press)  

How do I feel?  Shaky and tired. But I'm happy that I completed the workout before the Bachelorette started tonight.  And I hope my butt is sore tomorrow.   And I want more kiwi.  Like now.  But I don't want to miss the Bach.  So kiwi must wait until tomorrow. 

Today's Quote: "Wake up with determination.  Go to bed with satisfaction."  Worth it.
