Day 2: Whole30 and Kayla Itsine's Bikini Body Workout

My. Butt. Oh. My. Gosh. 

That pretty much explains how I feel today.  It hurts to sit down and it hurts to stand up.  Kayla's Leg & Cardio workout definitely did something. 

What did I eat today? Lots of Kiwi, Egg Scramble, Peppers, Carrots, Cucumber. 

What did I want today?  A chewy chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks.

What was today's workout? 6 mile walk (LISS day = Light Intensity Steady State)

How do I feel? I feel full and empty at the same time.  It's a little weird.  I am re-framing how I think about fats since the Whole30 plan emphasizes including fats in your diet.  For example, I would always go for egg whites, but now I'm going for whole eggs. It's just a different mindset and I need to trust the process!
